Karina’s "alter ego", Karen, is one of Aberdeen’s most popular personal fitness instructors.

Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2,000 she has helped countless numbers of individuals achieve personal fitness goals ranging from simply regaining the confidence to leave the house to go for a walk to completing marathons ... and every level in between.

This extends to her yoga students some of whom prefer to be taught privately and "Karina" is happy to accommodate them on a one-to-one basis in their own homes.
